Can I grow out an Albino Tiger Oscar and a Green Terror in a 10g divided?

They are both about 1 inch long and each has half the 10g tank. I wanna get them to 2 inches at least before I put them in my 120g with my bigger cichlids. If I did 50% water changes twice a week would this work out? The tank is fully cycled btw.
