Does this mean she truly loves me? What she did at the fair made me really happy.?

When we went to the fair together (the other month) we rode rides, walked around, had a good time. And when we were on the ferris wheel (one of the 3 times), she held my hand, looked me straight in the eye, smiled, then I saw tears running down from her eyes. Then she started kissing me like crazy lol. Anyways the tears really shocked me. Does this mean she truly loves me? We've been together almost a year by the way :]
