Toby Pinn doesn't sound pleasing. Ben Pinn and Sam Pinn don't work particularly well, either. Charlie and Joshua are better choices. Claire Pinn also doesn't work that well -- having two one-syllable names just sounds a bit abrupt. Your first names that end with an "ee" sound -- Charlie, Bryony and Rosalie -- sound the best with Pinn.
