What would happen if a human brain was implanted in a robot? Would it intact the person's soul?

If the person owning the brain died, then no it would not. If, however, the person did not die, then yes it would still have a soul. It's really no different than having a bionic arm, except it's the whole body, not just an arm or a leg or something.
