160 gallon stocking. help please.?

i have a polypterus senegalus in tank that is too small for him. i am going to transfer him as soon as i move into a 160 gallon tank. he is going to be too small at first. he's like 4 inches or something but i guess he'll grow faster in the bigger tank. a fish store owner who's a friend of mine has a fire eel reserved for me until i move, can i put them together? and if i do can i also add a blackghost knifefish or will they harass her. the fire eel is like 10 inches and the blackghost is like 8. and if it's ok to add all these together can i add fairly small sized fish (comparatively small, nothing that can fit in their mouth just not big fish) in with them until they grow big? would a stinging catfish, a chocolate catfish and some angelfish would be ok? won't the poly harass the angels or something? what about gouramis? and if i cant what possible tankmates? no big fish like flowerhorn or oscars or whatever. i dont wanna make any mistakes or lose any of my friends so any help would be appreciated, thanks.
