Can I put two little RES turtles in my 20 gallon with two oscars inside it?

I have a 20 gallon tank with two oscars inside it next week I'm going to upgrade to a 100 gallon tank my cousin gave me two baby 3inch RES turtles I'm wondering can I put my two little RES turtles with my huge oscars
