Did I just eat some spoiled ranch...what are the risks?

I was hungryas hell so i decided to make a big salad. i was halfway into the salad when i noticed it tasted more like italian than ranch. sour but not bad. (i was so hungry that i didnt give a crap lol) i didnt think much of it at first because it was nowhere near its expiration date. then i remembered that i left it out for one night because i ate some hot wings the night before. what's the worst that could besides me dookying my brains out and vomiting?
