Did i ruin my chances of getting into a decent college?

I just finished my juinior year. Now i know colleges look at sophomore and junior year but they look at the junior year the most. Ok so for my sophomore year, the first semester i got 3.5 and another 3.5. For second semester, i got a 2.8 and 3.0. Junior year, for the first semester i got a 3.7 and 3.7 and for second semester i got a 2.6 and i think this time is 2.7. I wanna go to either saginaw valley state university and ferris state university. Did i really ruin my chances of getting into to those colleges or any college? If i really strive myself my senior year will my chances go back up? I feel really bad for slacking and possibly ruining my future. Help please.
