HEADACHE PLEASE HELP????!! emergency?

I've had a headache for a straight WEEK and idk why.no medicines like advil or tylenol works. Its not unbearable but it bothers me. I'm very VERY nervous because I'm scared its an anyuresm or brain tumor, I'm so nervous I need help. I can't see a doctor I'm going on a family vacation TOMORROW. WHAT DO I DO? I'm only 16 I'm really scared
