How does this fish combination sound for a 40 gallon tank?

i was thinking about getting a 40 gallon tank and putting in 1 redtail shark, 1 tiger oscar cichlid, 1 jack dempsey cichlid, an upside down catfish and a borneo sucker. i hear the shark likes to be the only shark and with other active fish so it would do ok with the cichlids. i figure the oscar and jack dempsey will keep each other in place since theyre both aggresive but different, and the sucker and catfish can just hang out and hopefully not get beat up. any thoughts on this? i realize that the oscar and jack dempsey are pretty big so they can be switched out for 2 gouramis or 2 blue peacock cichlid, which are both small semi aggressive fish. please any advice would be appreciated.
