What is the new song for TLC's Summer commercials?

Its not Beautiful Life by Fisher, also not In The Summertime by Mungo Jerry. It's with the Ferris Wheel and the Carnival Tents. It was on when they were previewing the Season 4 premiere of The Little Couple. Please Help! It has either an acoustic guitar and/or a ukelele, and sung by a high pitched man. Thanx :)
