Ladies are scars an issue?

I am a 26 year old guy that is currently single and I have a receding hairline and hair thining on top. This wouldn't bother me if it wasn't for the fact that I have a massive scar down the back of my head as a result of having brain surgery twice as a child. What would you think of a bald guy at my age with this huge scar. Would you ever be attracted to a man like me or would you run a mile? Any tips or advice? Many thanks.
