Why aren't there many things to make men look attractive?

It's up to the man whether he is looking good, not his genetics. My ex would have been one ordinary looking dude if not for his wardrobe. Women have more variety but that doesn't mean that men don't have options. My ex used to go to the salon to get his hair cut, he had a collection of different colognes, countless different outfits and a million add-ons. Hats, suspenders, ties, man-jewellery, a couple of cleverly placed piercings, tattoos, sunglasses...he had different types of reading glasses for different occasions, he used to spend time trimming up his mo. He was just creative with his look.
